基于2021年中国综合社会调查数据，运用多元线性回归和中介效应模型对数字健康素养与中老年人身体健康状况之间的关系及作用机制进行研究。研究发现，数字健康素养与中老年人身体健康之间存在正相关关系，在控制人口学特征、社会经济地位特征和饮食习惯特征后，两者的关系仍显著；这一关系具有异质性，仅在女性、60岁及以上、城市居民、初中及以下受教育水平和个人年收入不足20 000元的中老年人群中显著。数字健康素养在直接改善中老年人身体健康状况的同时，也通过促进体育锻炼改善中老年人身体健康状况。由于老年人身体健康存在累积效应，因此应从生命历程早期着手干预和提升个体数字健康素养，尤其是提升农村居民、低社会经济地位群体的数字健康素养，增进其体育锻炼行为，进而改善老年时期身体健康状况，以助力健康中国以及积极老龄化等战略目标实现。
Abstract：Based on the data of 2021 Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS), the correlation between digital health literacy and the physical health status of middle-aged and older adults and its mechanism were analyzed by using multiple linear regression and intermediary effect model.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between digital health literacy and physical health status of middle-aged and elderly adults. After controlling demography characteristics, socioeconomic status and dietary habits, the positive correlation was still significant. The correlation was heterogeneous, and was significant only in the groups of female, aged 60 and above, urban residence, education level of junior high school and below, and personal annual income of less than 20 000 yuan. Digital health literacy not only improved the physical health status of middle-aged and elderly adults directly, but also improved it by promoting physical exercise behavior. Due to the cumulative effect of physical health of the elderly, the intervention and improvement of individual digital health literacy should be initiated from the early stages of the life course, especially to enhance the digital health literacy of rural residents and low socioeconomic status groups, enhance their physical exercise behavior, improve their physical health status in the old age, so as to help achieve national strategic goals such as healthy China and active aging,

(1)吸烟饮酒的中老年人自评健康得分比不吸烟饮酒的中老年人更高，一方面是由样本的内生性导致的，身体健康状况差的中老年人，因为身体状况不佳而戒掉不健康行为，而吸烟饮酒的中老年人自觉身体健康状况尚可，继续选择吸烟饮酒；另一方面由于数字健康素养转化为健康行为需要一定的自制力和社会支持等（傅华，2017），且生活方式转变较为缓慢，即使一部分人认为吸烟饮酒不利于身体健康，但仍然缺乏克服这种不健康行为的毅力。由于该变量不是本研究的核心关注变量，仅作为控制变量使用，两者之间的关系，不做进一步探究，下同。
