减肥方法及其效果研究综述

摘要:

肥胖问题已引起人们重视,减肥已成为近几年研究的热点之一。作者检索了中国全文期刊数据库、Sportdiscuss数据库、中国硕博论文库等数据库中的相关文献,从减肥方法研究方面概述了近年来有关减肥研究的结果。主要阐述有氧运动减肥、药物减肥和针剌减肥3种研究较多的减肥方法及其效果,旨在阐明其研究的现状。有氧运动的减肥方式多样.这些方法对动物或人的实验研究结果表明均具有较好的减肥效果。但有氧运动的强度需要受到良好的控制,不同类型的人应有不同的运动强度。长期系统的有氧健身锻炼能使肥胖人群体脂减少、去脂体重增加,身体成分趋于合理化。药物减肥方法以中草药减肥的研究居多.部分药物的减肥效果还只是动物实验的结果。各类针刺减肥的研究结果表明,针刺也是一种有效的减肥方式,其机制还不十分清楚。

Abstract:

It draws people's more attention on obesity and losing weight has become one of the hot topics in recent year's research.The author retrieved the relative literature from Chinese full text periodical database,Sportdiscuss database,Master and Doctoral dissertation database and so on and summarized mainly from losing weight method research aspect related to lose weight research achievement in recent years.This paper elaborates three kind of frequent re- search of losing weight method and its effect including aerobic exercise,medicine and acupunc- ture.The main purpose is to explain the research condition.There are many ways on aerobic exercise losing weight and each of them has been proved an effective method by experimental research on animal or human beings.But aerobic exercise intensity need to be received in good control,and different person should have the different movement intensity.The long-term per- sisting in aerobic exercise regularly can make obese people to reduce fat,gain lean weigb and the body component tends to be rationalized.The main research of medicine losing weight method are on Chinese medicine losing weight,the partial medicine losing weight effect are ex- perimental results on animal only.Many acupuncture lose weight study indicates that the acu- puncture is also a kind of effective losing weight way.The mechanism of acupuncture losing weight is not clearly at present.
